Unknown Account Renewal and Billing

Hi I was billed (my account was renewed after a year) even though I did not plan on renewing. Can I get a refund / reimbursement and cancel the account please?

When you purchased your products at Yola, you agreed to opt in for auto-renewal on checkout.

As we don't process this kind of requests on our public Support Forum and I'm not able to find your Yola account by your e-mail address, please send us your cancellation request via e-mail, so that we can verify your account ownership and proceed from there. Please make sure to provide the e-mail address associated with your Yola account. Thank you.
