Unlocking the domain name doesn't work

I followed the steps described on this page: "Transferring your domain away from Yola"

I unchecked "Lock this domain" and applied the changes.
But I never received the mail with the transfer code.
I tried a few time to check/uncheck "Lock this domain" and apply again: still nothing in my mail box.
Of course, I've checked in the spam box: nothing.

Please help,

Hi Webalys,

Few previous reports of similar. Seems as if it's a problem with the partner facility.

Suggest shooting off an email to support@yola.com and including your domain details. I think that they can expedite it for you.
