Unsure about payment

Hi

I think that both myself and my colleague may have signed up for silver as we seem to have 3 years in credit. The fact is though that we only want 1 at this stage to see how things go. Can you tell me how much has been charged to this account and, if it is more than for 1 year can we have a refund.
