Good day!
I'm confused. I updated my site just today for my Scrapbooking Blog. But after updating, all the text and images in every pages moved down automatically by itself though I didn't touch anything except my Blog.

I just fixed now my Homepage and the Gallery page. But all the pages in my Tutorial and also my Contact page moved down. Why is this so? Kindly check them out. Thanks.

Hello,
You have a really nice site!

Do you mean that the page moved down a bit now showing a larger margin on top? What shows in your Site Builder; an empty space? Are you able to move things up again? How did you fix the other two pages?

Thanks Emmy.
Yes, they were moved down bit with a larger space on top. My homepage page and the Gallery moved down to the point that they were out of frame with my Background image which is not formerly. I just delete some spaces to back them into original position.

I just wonder why is this happened because a minute ago before I update it, it was perfectly in place.

Anyway, probably this is a usual case sometimes when updating. And in the first place not seem so bad. Im just confused.

I had this problem also. It is really frustrating. Two things I noticed caused the problem. It happened when I copy cut and pasted something into the text box and also when I was using internet explorer. Once I switched to firefox, I was in heaven. I think that firefox is more compatible with synthasite, it is safer also for the user in the long run. Someone will be along shortly to help you out a bit more though.

Hello njoynlife. This was my very first time encountering such problem in updating. I updated for so many times but this time alarmed me a bit. Because I have many pages to fix and it would be killing me.

Thanks njoynlife! That is great advice!

What njoynlife was speaking to was to always make sure to first copy anything you are going to use in a text widget into a program such as Notepad. If you copy directly for a program such as Word, this can cause problems for your website.

About Firefox, we would also recommend that you give this a try. It is a wonderful browser and definitely has its plusses when using Synthasite.

It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

I am using Firefox all throughout. And I am directly posting text on the text box and edit them in Synthasite itself. So i am confused. Thanks to both of you.
