Upgrade problems?

My yols silver package has been cancelled but now Yola is showing an error message when I try and upgrade? Saturday 27th October 2012 - any one else experiencing problems or is it just my account?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some troubles. I had a look at your account. It does not appear that you have cancelled Yola Silver. In fact, it was renewed yesterday (Friday, Oct. 26, 2012).

Is this what you were intending? If not, please drop us a line through our Contact Form. We definitely want to make sure this is sorted out.
