I've upgraded to Silver and submitted an e-mail question but Yola thinks I'm a freeware customer and may take 48hours to respond - I need to know how to remove Yola and CSS branding from my site; many thanks
Thank you for asking the question on the forum too! If you have upgraded to Yola Silver and are still seeing the Yola link at the bottom of your site, please republish the site and the Yola link will be removed. If it does not, please get back to us and we'll investigate the problem for you.
If you see the design credit link, eg. "CSS Creme" on your site, this cannot be removed because Yola has a license agreement with the style designers. If you do not want this link at the bottom of your website, you will need to choose a different style.
