Upgraded to silver w/paypal and shows status of payment pending...please help

I upgraded to yola silver and after refreshing It still gives me the option to upgrade .. I have contacted customer support (yola)and was told the transaction was canceled. I paid by paypal and contacted paypal they told me it hasn't been canceled and are currently waiting for yola to take the payment.

We have located your pending payment but it appears that not all of the details have been completed correctly in order for us to credit it to our account.

I upgraded to silver and used paypal , it's the 2nd day and still shows pending. I was hoping for a reply from Yola with a solution but received none. I did contact yola support yesterday and was informed the payment was canceled ,I then contacted paypal and was told they are waiting on yola to accept the payment, the payment has not been canceled.Please help me with this issue it is very important.
