I am trying to upload our company logo for the website, and when I go to upload the image it says it will override the image.
Once it is then on the website, the whole logo has completely changed colours!

How can I upload the original image?!

Thanks for any help!

Hello Terry,
If you are seeing the "this will override" message, it means that you already have a file in your File Manager with that file name. Can you let me know what your URL is as well as the file name in the File Manager and we can take a closer look.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

The original picture has turquoise graphics, but when I upload it, they turn bright green...

Hi Terry,

You probably already uploaded it before, and when you upload the file with the same name, you can't have 2 files with the same name because how would you link to it?

Regarding the color change, it also seems to be doing that on this forum too. It might be something to do with uploading to the internet? I don't know if that would be the problem. It isn't supposed to be that green, right?

I hope we can get this solved.

Kind regards,
Nathan

Hello Terry,
I see what the problem is I believe. Did you edit your picture using Photoshop? The problem could be that the images have a CMYK color mode attached to them - which is not web friendly. You should be able to set your color mode to RGB-16bit and you will then be able to upload them and view them on your site. An easy way to do this is instead of just selecting "save", choose "save for web" in Photoshop. The image will then be automatically saved in the correct format.

I hope that will help.

Kind Regards,
Emmy
