Hello Roman,

Do you mean that submitted forms are sent to your email or submitted files?

Thanks Roman,

I'm still not quite sure of what you mean. I apologise for this.

So a customer wants to buy copies of your artwork from your web-site?

Then you want them to send you an email of what art piece they would like?

Have I got that right?

No I sell printing services at www.cheapprintz.com and when costumers want lets say business cards for example. I need there artwork so we can print their cards. I'm looking for a code that lets my costumers UPLOAD there files...so when they click on the "upload files" botton they're allowed to browse their files and choose which file to upload. Once submitted it gets sent to my email as an attachment that i can download and what they see on the screen is usally thank you or files been uploaded. Hope this helps

I understand Roman. Very clear. Thanks for sticking with me on this.

As it stands others can't upload files to your web-site.
They can however send a form email with their order included in the email.

For the form side of your query:
You can create a customised form on your website. Two options there: From the side-bar, Content, Forms, and either "Wufoo Forms" or "Form Assembly" allow you to create customised forms.

Once completed and embedded in your site, customers can simply fill this form out and send the form.

The form can either be directed to your email address or to your account at Wufoo or Form Assembly where you can retrieve the submitted forms.

Possible solution: My immediate idea is that they could send their artwork file separately to their order. Is that an acceptable compromise? If not let me know and I'll try and think of other solutions with other web-builders and support staff here.

OK. I've put the question out there. May take a little while to get an answer.

There is another site that sounds similar in function to yours. Guido Graphics http://guidographics.synthasite.com/. guido's site has been featured well by synthasite so he's a person with good ideas and a good site.

It may be worth your while having a look at Guido's site and see if there's anything that helps you there. I think he has a contact facility also.
