Hello Afra,

I'm thinking this problem is related to the path reference of the image. In other words the image is not being stored where you've said that you have placed it or it's incomplete.

Very happy to help you out on this issue and the easiest way to work this out is to tell us your website address if that's convenient? I think it's a very simple fix.

Hello Afra,

Thanks for the prompt response.

Good news. i think I can see your problem immediately.

Your file is using non -roman characters. If you change the file name to a roman character based name both in the storage file and on your link I think that the magic will happen.
