This sounds quite frustrating. Please can you take a look at your file names? Do they contain any symbols or special characters? Please be sure to use plain text for your file names. You may also want to check your security settings. Try disabling pop-up blockers, ad-blockers, cookie blockers, etc..
Another thing you can try is to use a different browser to see if that yields any results.
