URGENT: MY "registered" website domain with Yola ISN'T actually registered!!

Hello.

Please help me! I wanted to set up my emails today with Google but I needed some information for my website from my website host (Tucow). When I typed in my full URL (www.trba.co.uk) in the lookup it came up with the following message:

"This domain cannot be registered because it contravenes the Nominet UK
naming rules. The reason is:
the domain name contains too many parts.

WHOIS lookup made at 18:58:47 26-Aug-2011"

I also tried the shortened version of (trba.co.uk) and the result was all my details then:

"Registration status:
Registration request being processed."

I was confused by this so I went on a random website host (123-reg) and it said the domain I was using was AVAILABLE!!

WHY IS THIS?

I also looked up your domain on 123-reg.com and came up with the following results:



From what I can see, your specific domain is displaying as "unknown" as it is still being processed. However, it is available in other domain extensions such as .co.

Could you let me know where you are seeing the message ""This domain cannot be registered because it contravenes the Nominet UK naming rules. The reason is: the domain name contains too many parts.", as I would like to investigate further.

No, it still comes up with an error. If you give me an email address, I will be able to email you a screenshot. I am abroad at the moment and can only use my iPhone, so I unable to post The screenshot on this website.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have asked one of our engineers who deals with DNS issues to check on this too and he says all is fine with the domain. We are not seeing any issues.
