SKU sorting isn't offered by Ecwid as such probably because the SKU isn't necessarily a strictly ordered process and many shops have different systems that they use for the SKU depending on such things as product origin and so on. It has been suggested for quite a while but over a period of 18 months it has only received 4 votes for implementation so it's not something that's likely to be included in the near or distant future.
