Hi Denoailles,

I assume you are referring to setting up Yola Mail with your custom domain as we do not offer "@yola.com" email addresses for resale.

Please review our tutorial here and let us know if you get stuck.

Did you manage to set up your Yola Mail by following the instructions under the link that Laura provided? If not, please let us know where you experience problems, if you get an error message, and don't forget to provide the login e-mail address to your Yola account (no password).

Hi Stefan,

Every time I try to set up my Yola mail, I get the error message below:
"Uh oh. Email Domain Validation Error
We are experiencing a problem validating the domain associated with your mailbox. In the meantime, you can access your Yola Mail login by clicking on this link: http://mail.emdialogo.com
If you are still having difficulty, please contact support for assistance".
My log in email address is: badenes2002@yahoo.com.
Hope we will be able to fix this problem is soon as possible.

Hello Anna,

Thanks so much for clarifying. There seemed to be a glitch with setting up your Yola Mail. I believe I have now fixed this.

Please can you have a look and let me know if there are any further problems?

Unfortunately I'm still having problems configuring my email address.
I already purchased my Yola Mail, but for some reason the steps showed below aren't available on my Yola Mail set up box. Please clarify it. Thank you.

On the next page, you will create a username and password to add a mailbox for your domain. Please note: This is the username and password you will use to access your mail. It is not the same as the username and password you use to log in to Yola. For example, if you would like to have the email address "contact@yourdomain.com" as your main email address, then type in "contact" and a password in the two fields.

Click on "Create mailbox".
Your email address will now be configured.
Accessing your email (sending and receiving email)

You will be able to log in to your webmail on http://mail.yourdomain.com/ (replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name).
Your username and password are the username and password you chose when you configured your mailbox.

I was able to see your Yola Mail mailbox in your My Yola under "Yola Mail". If it doesn't get displayed on your end, please log out of your Yola account, and clear your cache and cookies, or use a different browser.

Then log in again and check your Yola Mail page. If it doesn't show you your mailbox, please click on a different link of the left-hand side navigation, such as "My Yola", and then click again on "Yola Mail". Now you should be able to view your mailbox which has been succesfully set up. You will be able to log in via clicking "Check inbox".

Please let us know if you should still struggle with Yola Mail.

I went to my Yola MaiI mailbox and I have seen my yola email address displayed "myname@mycompany.com", I've clicked on it and got the following message:

Authentication failed. Invalid credentials
E-Mail Address:
e.g. yourname@example.com
Password:
Password is case-sensitive
Basic Standard (high-speed connection)
Faster Webmail! Preview the future Webmail release.
Current (supported) Preview (unsupported) [ Please Send Feedback ]

How should I proceed now? As you can see I'm still struggling:(
I'm about to give up.....

Your mailbox configuration has been fixed. Please log out of your Yola account, clear your cache and cookies again, log in again, and then try your Yola Mail login. It may be necessary that you change the password to your Yola Mail login first. You will see the option to do this right on your Yola Mail page next to your mailbox in your My Yola.

Please let me know if it should still not be working. I'm convinced we will finally get it running!
