Very disappointed in the support I received yesterday!!!

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the support I received from Jen yesterday. I encountered Jen through your on- line chat service. The service provided me with an option to email the chat back to me and although I selected that option I did not receive a copy of our chat. Considering a dialog box confirmed my request indicating I would receive the email shortly, I am left with a suspicious feeling.  But I hope you can go back on your end and review it. To say the least her service was unprofessional and I found her to be condescending. I would like this matter dealt with and I would also like to know what happened to the email containing the chat. I have been with you for 4 years and I am considering moving to a different provider. I expect to hear from someone regarding this matter.

I am sorry to hear about this experience. The option you select at the end of the chat to have the transcript emailed to you is automated and if you did not receive it this would be due to a technical failure with the software, or perhaps it was routed to your spam folder.  In either case I apologize for this.  I have located the transcript and will be in touch with you via email to assist with your query.  Once again my apologies - we value your business and I hope I can be of assistance in resolving your concerns.

I would like to come to the defense of Jen, my experience dealing with her has been highly successful we have been able to quickly resolve my problems in a courteous and business like manner, the person you are describing is totally different from the Jen I have dealt with.

I would have to concur with Peter, Jen has been very helpful in resolving issues I have raised, and always conducted herself in a professional and competent fashion. One of the strong points of Yola is the strength of their support staff.
