Very confused and atm no happy w/ Yola services

I just bought my domain around this time last. I haven't been able to do anything with it. I've asked for help which the help hasn't been helpful at all. I've been frustrated mostly all day trying to set up my emails. Can I have this account closed & a refund for I'm not satisfied with Yola services? Please answer before action.
