Published my site a 100 times! but can't open up my website still! Pls help asap, loosing customers here!!

That's my website.. can't open it here in singapore. My customers need to use the booking form in it everyday.

went i type www.bzexpress.net in the address bar, it will show this errors:

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to www.bzexpress.net
Try reloading: www.­bzexpress.­net
Additional suggestions:
Access a cached copy of www.­bzexpress.­net
Search on Google:

Please try from a different browser, computer or network for comparison, and let me know the result. If this doesn't help, please contact your ISP to find out if there are any problems on their side.

I understand the urgency but I can confirm that your site is definitely live and accessible, so we are going to need your help to troubleshoot potential problems in our local environment.

I tried on google chrome and internet explorer but still cant load the website. went i search my website on google, the website is there, but went i click on it, that error message appears. Even My customers/ client all around singapore complaint can't access my company website.

so what should i do now? any ideas?

Yes, my other idea is that you contact your ISP for support. Please let us know what they say as this will help us understand if there is anything we can do. However, since we can see your site, we need your help to troubleshoot this further.

Hi, i can open my website using www.bzexpress.yolasite.com from my pc here. but if i publish it to www.bzexpress.net theres the same error.
Is there anything wrong with my domain www.bzexpress.net?

It is possible that your domain, bzexpress.net is blocked on your ISP or your computer if you have a firewall enabled.

What I suggest is that you try to use a different computer on a different network (ISP) to see if you are able to see www.bzexpress.net.

I can access your site through yolasite.com but through bzexpress I get a 'not in service' tab and a 'under maintenance' page.

Hello Aider Berg,

I think I might see the problem you are referring to. When I visit the domain name http://www.bzexpress.net/ I see a Yola built website, but not the website that is published to your yolasite.com subdomain. I'll attach a screen shot of what I see when I visit your custom domain name:



The Page Heading of the site is "Under Maintenance" and the Window Title says "Not in service". Are you wanting this domain name published to the site that you have published to http://www.bzexpress.yolasite.com/.

I can help out with getting this taken care of for you if that is what you are wanting to see done. Just let me know.

Hi guys! above under maintenance is my 2nd website. purposely plished it to test my domain(don't work) while my actuall website i publish it under .yolasite.com (it works) so that i can inform my customer temparary to use it for booking forms later cause thats the only domain that works here when i test it.

woke up 6.39am here in singapore, suprisely went i open my domain www.bzexpress.net, guess what it works. got no idea at all how this problem solved.

Maybe if next time the same problem accures,
my advice is that, be passion & give your website a day rest. =D
