H there,
I have had in the past couple weeks clients state that they can not see images on my web site. However I can see every thing from 2 IPHONES, 2 computers as well as my IPAD. In addition many have ordered from their computers without issue.
This inability to see images on my site by some is it their device setting? Or something here that needs to be adjusted?

Hello Randy,

There may be issues with various browsers used by viewers around the globe but I haven't heard of image related problems as such. Images can take a while to download and this varies on image file size. For this reason it is best to keep image file sizes as small as possible, ideally 10 to 50 Kb, to allow for the fastest downloads to a computer. Some systems will time-out if these are too prolonged or if the file size is too big. It's worthwhile reviewing your image file sizes and compressing them if they fall significantly beyond the upper limit.

If other users report this issue I suggest communicating with them and asking what system or browser including version, they use?
