Analytics is a very inexact process. Generally there are correlations between the various providers but rarely do they get the same values. You mention discrepancy so i presume that it has been OK up until now? If that is the case then it can be a lag between the various providers which often corrects after some period, possibly due to backups etc. I don't know who Yola uses for their analytics engine so I can't suggest looking at the primary web-reference for the provider to see if there are any alerts or notices..
