I wish to cancel my online store and want to know if I get a prorated refund at all? This store format doesn't do some major things I need it to do and don't wish to give up the money I've paid you for it since it is basically useless to me.
It would be really helpful if you can tell us what major things you need that are not available just so that we can be sure that nothing has been overlooked. If we are unable to help you we will arrange for a refund, but take your feedback into account for future development.
