Hi, I want to add a submit information form to my site . How do I do that? It would have approx 20 fields to fill in then when it is submitted it would come to an email address and me in document format.

Hi there sorry I only have 2 minutes but if you go to the following site and type in your email address in the box provided and then the Get Widget button then select all of the code then insert the code into a widgetbox widget and then update you will have a free form for your visitors.

Hi sxdc,

Have you tried one of the form widgets (Form Assembly or Wufoo)? Here's a link to a post that has further information http://getsatisfaction.com/SynthaSite...

If you use either of those services you will be able to create a custom form to your site. The results can be retrieved from your account on their website or emailed to you. If you have any questions, please ask!

I was coming back to this post to explain the wufoo widget but you beat me to it. I simply didn't have the time earlier. Also there is a 3 form maximum with 100 sends available per form for 300 total. I quite like the wufoo forms because of their versatility and ease of use...

Thanks for explaining it before me Marije

Hello, I tried both the forms and they do what I want, I like the Wufoo form better but I only allows a certain amount of fields and I need more. So I tried the Form Assembly site. It is not as easy to use but it allows for many fields so I will try it.
Thanks to all for your assistance. Here is the site http://advantageappraisals.synthasite...

It is a work in progress. Any tips are welcome.

Hi Dwight,

The site is looking good. Just one comment, your ads are very large on the front page - I'm not sure if there is a way to make them smaller, but they are the focus on that page rather than your content.
All of the other pages look great! Very well laid out and easy to read. I like the picture of you on the 'About the Company' page, it's nice to see the face behind the company.
