If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
I have a couple websites that I bought through godaddy.com that are expiring. I found it easier to create them and list them all in one place on Yola. How can I keep my website names but do it all through you without my name becoming unavailable when it expires with them?
Since you have Yola Silver you can point the domains to Yola. You do this by creating A records (address record) to point to this IP address: "184.108.40.206". You will need to do this configuration yourself and the method for doing so varies from registrar to registrar. You will need to log in to your account with your domain registrar and create 2 A Records (Address Record) to point to this IP address: 220.127.116.11. One A Record for WWW and another one for @. Please note if you have any trouble, we cannot give more than the basic setup support. You may want to transfer your domains to Yola so we can manage the DNS for you.
