I created a website and purchased a domain name through your site. I have the paypal confirmation and have waited the 48 hours but the website is still not showing. What do I do now?

Hi Liz,

It looks like a technical error occurred while you purchased the domain. Can you send an email to support@synthasite.com so that we get your details. If possible, can you include the PayPal receipt ID number.

I have sent a scan of the paypal transaction confirmation to support@synthasite.com along with a copy of the email you sent me. Can you tell me how long it will take to correct this problem?

Your site is there but you have it as a password protected page.

Hi Wali Worl,

If you would like to remove password protection from your site, then these are the steps:

1. Go to the Site Manager tab, click on "Site Password Protection" underneath the list of your pages.
2. A dialog box will open. Click on the button for the page where you want to remove password protection so that it shows as "Public".
3. Click on "OK".
4. Click on "Preview" to view the change.
5. Click the yellow: "Update my Site" button to apply the change to your live site.

This page will then be available to anyone, and they will not have to enter a user name and password in order to view it.

Hello Wali

I have responded to your email from support. Your website is up and running. Are you seeing something different? If you wish to remove the password-protection on your page, these are the steps to take password protection off a specific page:
