I have not been able to open the Website for MainStreetMcDonough in over a week, could someone take a look and explain what seems to the the issue. I can open Yola and make changes to the site, just can open to see it, nor can anyone else..
When I look up the Yola account associated with the domain mainstreetmcdonough.com, I can see that this Yola-bought domain expired in February 2011 already. It was registered for one year, but never renewed after February 2011, so your website must have been offline for two years unless you transferred your domain to another registrar and pointed your domain to us.
If you have your domain with another registrar, you will need to contact them to find out what is happening with your domain.
If you haven't transferred your domain away from Yola, it is expired, and you no longer own it. To get it back you will need to try repurchasing it. After the pruchase, you will be able to publish your Yola website to your domain again.
In order to buy your domain back, please log into your Yola account and click on one of the "Add a custom domain" links which you can find in your My Yola dashboard, e.g. when you click on "Domains" in the left-hand side menu.
