If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
I checked your Yola account and could see that you renewed your hosting package on 13 April 2012. However, you need to renew both your hosting package and your domain. Your domain expired in February already. Didn't you receive our reminder e-mails or see the reminder in your Yola account? If not, please let us know. We send customers several reminder e-mails to not lose their domain. Please check your spam and junkmail folders for our notifications and mark them as "no spam".
As your domain expired in February, you don't own it any longer. It is now in a transitional suspension period, and will soon be released by the domain registrar for sale again. What you can do now is: As we don't know when exactly the domain will be released, you can try to repurchase it within the next couple of weeks every now and then. The transitional period usually takes 2-3 months. When it becomes available, you will be able to buy it from us again.
I'm afraid that you won't be able to publish your website to this domain before it is registered under your name again. For the time being, you can either publish your site to a free Yola subdomain or purchase another domain (same name, but different domain extension, e.g. .net or .co.uk) which can be beneficial for your search engine ranking and keep other people from using your business name under a different domain extension.
I'm sorry I don't have better news for you right now.
