Hi

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a service or a way to produce a Webpage Template?

Basically what I want to do is, use the identical layout as I'm using currently using but a different style eg. insert companies image and design it to look professional within the webpage layout.

Thanks Yola :-)

Hi, Seaview Flowers,

Are you meaning a template you can use with Yola? This would not be possible as there is no way to upload it. Or is this something you want to use elsewhere? Basically, a template is a css file, an html file and the images needed. Maybe one of our users knows of someway to make the process easier?

Well I have a Business Logo, which I would like to insert inplace of the pink flower that is on the current website. There may be a lot of alterations to it until its 100% but i have a rough one to start with.

Anymore help would be so much appreciated.

Hello Seaview Flowers,

Sounds like you are wanting to personalize your style. Maybe adding a custom banner image with your business logo and a custom background etc. would help with accomplishing what you would like to see.

Here is a link to a tutorial with ideas and steps for doing this: Personalize Your Style.

I hope this information is helpful!

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Yes managed to get that :-) Thank you for the tutorial, i will keep for further reference.

I'm wondering if it is possible to change the colour of the word 'Navigation' and its menu's writing + the line that underlines the word ''Navigation''. I want to try and keep it all in the same colour scheme.

Hello Seaview Flowers

It is possible to change the color and the font but it will not be possible to change the underline, unless you remove it for all your navigation. Please let me know if that is what you'd like to do.

To adjust the color and font type for your Navigation, please follow these steps:

1. Go to "Edit Navigation".
2. Beside the page you wish to edit, click on "settings".
3. Enter this code into the Navigation Text box and/or Hover Text box:

<font face="Georgia" color="#5dc4d3">Home</font>

You can replace "Georgia" with the font type you wish. Please be sure to use web-friendly fonts. You can find this in the drop-down list of font types available on your Text Editing Toolbar.

You can replace "#5dc4d3" with the color value you wish to use.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with this.

I have edit'ed the font and colour :-) Thank you.

Did you say you could change the colour of the 'Navigation' word or is it the same as the 'Underline' that cannot be altered?

I'm also having a problem getting the background to go "White" in colour. I have tried changing the colour in the SiteBuilder to white but it seems to show up pink. It would be nice to have it pink but i cannot seem to get my images to go transparent so it blends in with the background. So this is the only option really. Ta.

Hi Seaview Flowers

When changing the color of your background, please be sure to uncheck the "Use background image". I've attached a screenshot to show you what I mean.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with this.

Hello Seaview Flowers - if you use the above steps to change your background, it would either need to be changing the color or change the picture. If you would like to change both, I can suggest that you upload a picture that contains the color background with the image where you would like to see it (for example, top-right).
