Website and email not working.

my website and email are down. THIS IS MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I need help immediately. I can't contact you by email since it isn't working.... why don't you have a phone number contact for support???? and yes - when I typed it in all caps I WAS shouting!

OH - and if my email was working, password retrieval would be so much easier!!! duh

Hi Linda,

I understand this is urgent as it is your business account, and I can help you immediately. We have responded to your emails, however it appears that you haven't received our replies due to your business email being down.

Your domain, and as a result your email, has been suspended in accordance with ICANN's (the domain governing body) new validation policy. We sent numerous email notifications to the email address registered to your domain, however it appears this email address is no longer working.

You can complete the validation process by following the steps in our Tutorial: Verifying Contact Information for ICANN Validation.

Once this is done your domain will be unsuspended immediately, and it may take a few hours for your site to reappear online and your email to work again.
