I signed up using a particular e-mail address. I was able to update the e-mail address to the current business e-mail account in the account section. However, the submission forms (contact form) keep coming to the old e-mail address. How do I fix it? I have submitted a support form to Yola. However, I was told because I have a "free account", they can not answer my question. I was directed to this forum for assistance......

So, can anyone assist me? PLEASE!
Thank you

Hello Maryan

You can easily change the recipient e-mail for your Yola Form by editing the Form Widget settings:
  1. Hover over the Form Widget in your SItebuilder View and click on "Edit".

  2. Click on the "Settings" tab.

  3. Edit your e-mail address.

  4. Save your changes and republish your website.

Your form submissions should now go to your new e-mail address.

that did not work. When I went to edit, it already had the new e-mail address. I went ahead and redid it, and published. I sent myself a a few test forms, and it still went to the old e-mail address.... could there be another solution?

I removed the widget, and added a new one. Published a few times and it worked.
Hope this helps others....
