Website does not load after logging in

In the last 7 days I've repeatedly had problems logging in to edit my website. I enter my e-mail address and password which are accepted with a message stating I'm being re-directed and then get a screen stating 'Loading Sitebuilder' but the site never loads and just repeats 'Loading Sitebuilder'. I'm using Internet Explorer 8 and I have a Yola 'Bronze' account. I need Yola to resolve this problem urgently as my site is unusable.

I'm aware that we state to still support Internet Explorer 8, however this version of IE has turned out to be a problematic one in many ways recently. Web experts say that IE8 has serious security issues and recommend to at least upgrade to IE9.

Would you be able to upgrade to IE9 or IE10, or is Windows XP the operating system you're using? If not, please consider upgrading, and let me know if you're having the same problem in the higher browser version. What I can say is that when I load your Sitebuilder in IE10, everything works and looks fine.

If you have XP, please note that we have the information that Microsoft will stop supporting this Windows version in about 9 months time, and that users should consider to upgrade their operating system.
