Website down for tablets and smart phones email has stopped working

My website is down on certain machines and none of my customers can contact me. (they are getting mailer damon error messages in reply. I have sent myself emails from another account and nothing. I was waiting on important info and this is alarming to say the least. my website is

my fees just renewed and I thought maybe these problems were related?

Hi Dickie,

I can understand that you are unhappy and frustrated - your domain and mail services for have been suspended as your domain has not been validated in accordance with the new ICANN policies.

We sent numerous notifications throughout February and March to the admin email contact registered to your domain, could you let me know if you received them?

You will be able to validate and retrieve your domain by following these steps:

1. Log into your Yola account.
2. Click on “Domains”.
3. Click on “Advanced Settings” next to the domain name.
4. Go to “Edit your domain registration info”.
5. Change the email address to one you have access to.
6. Click “Update details”.
7. You will receive an email from Yola at the new email address. Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email.
8. It will redirect you to a page to verify your new email address.
9. Check the box to agree to the Terms.
10. Click “Submit” to validate the change.

Your domain will then be validated at the domain registry and be removed from suspension and should be available almost immediately. If it is not, please wait a few hours.
