Website editor not loading, emails to customer service of no help.

A while ago I found myself unable to load the website editor, it stays on the "Opening Site: *Insert Site Name Here* screen". I emailed customer support about it and they gave me suggestions on how to fix it (use a different browser, clear cache, etc.) and told me to check several things (such as Java being installed, cookies enabled, etc.) and nothing helped. I believe it is a problem with my internet because it never loads when I am using my internet (regardless of what computer I am using). But it loads fine when I use relatives internet.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Hello Zabby,
I can understand that this is frustrating. The problem sounds like a possible ISP issue. If you have tried all of the suggestions the support team gave you, and things work properly from another computer on another network, this sounds like a problem local to your system or ISP. The first thing I would suggest is that you phone your ISP and tell them your situation and see if they have any suggestions.

presuming that you are on the setting 'keep me logged in' i think your getting a freeze when clicking the big red 'go to my yola' link.... if this is the case insted try clicking on the small 'my yola' link at the top right.... if this doesnt work then click log out and then log back in so you get to your site without using the big red button.... i have the same issue, i think its javascript issue
