Use the fonts you already have in your window fonts file in Microsoft word

I have found that yes there is a way to change fonts and I have added a link to my test page to help others.

Scroll down all the way to the bottom and you will see what I mean...

The first set of fonts is normal 1.0 spacing in Microsoft word. In Firefox browsers it usually looks fine but in internet explorer the words are all bunched together. So the second grouping below is with a 1.5 spacing between sentences in Microsoft word. To be viewed well in both Internet Explorer and Firefox it is best to use 1.5 as the spacing for importing text from Word in this way.

Regardless, you type your page in Word first then choose the font you like which is saved in your font file in windows and then save your work. Take and (select all) then change the font size to like 20 to 36 and then copy the entire pages text then open a text box in synthesite to paste your text. make sure you test your end product in several different browsers to make sure.

Once it is in Synthesite text box you can edit colors and justification.

Hope you like this tip...

Thanks for this. I want to emphasize the importance of making sure a font displays the same in all browsers. The more fancy and "unusual" a font is, the less likely it is to be browser safe. All the fonts in SynthaSite are browser safe.

yes but be forewarn many downloadable fonts have viruses or are difficult for the average user to open once downloaded and then saved in their font file. Unsuspecting people surf just looking for free fonts and then have a bad bug find a nice new home...

Just be careful...

I've rescued many friends computers who did just this very thing...
