why does my website address not work if it is preceded with "https://" in the link?

Hi Jeremy.

The "s" in https is for a secure communication and websites hosted by Yola cannot be secured using SSL certificates as we are virtual hosting. Therefore, we do not assign a unique IP address to each website. However, we allow you to use a third party payment gateway (like PayPal or Google Checkout) as you will use their security to transact online. We recommend this approach as they take care of all these security issues for you.
