Website Not Available

Hey there,

I've been having a few buggy things happen with my account these past few days. A member of the Yola team helped me with one of them earlier, but now I've encountered another issue.

I'm trying to publish my site. It works, and status shows as 'Published'. However, when I visit my url http://justbrandon.yolasite.com/ it tells me the website is unavailable. What's going on?

I'd love to have this sorted so I can start debugging my site and testing it in different browsers etc. Thanks!

Kind regards, and season's greetings.
Brandon

Ok, so I unpublished, cleared cache and still no luck. But then I tried a second time and now it seems my site is showing up ok. :D

I'm having a problem again. I haven't checked my site in a while, and today I decided to do some editing. Before changing anything, I decided to visit my site, only to get the same multi-language message telling me the site is unavailable. Different browsers and clearing cache is not working either. What is up with this?

It's getting a little annoying. How am I supposed to know when my site is 'down' or not, and how do I fix this?

Hi Brandon,

I don't know the fix but it may be worth your while subscribing to a free uptime monitor even for a period of thirty days. That would give you some data on the issue but not the fix I'm afraid.

There are many out there and this one is probably as good as others. The free service is good but limited http://www.serviceuptime.com/free_mon...

I have just tried to access your site. Brandon - in Firefox with a clean cache etc - and saw this same message. I have also seen this message when I tried to view another site today, and others have also mentioned it.
