It says my website is down. I had an old domain that had expired linked to my page, but I had changed it to another one before it expired. So why does it say my website is down?

Hello Sylvia

Your website is down because your hosting package Yola Bronze has expired. I can confirm that you let your domain expire, and purchased the new domain, but you will also need to renew your hosting package to be able to use any custom domain with Yola.

To renew your hosting package, please follow these steps:
  1. Log into your My Yola.

  2. In the left-hand side menu, click on "Account".

  3. Next to your Free packge, click on "Upgrade".

You will then be able to choose your hosting package and proceed to checkout.
