Hello Joanne,

Do you mean that you have also created some sites and published them as custom domains or are you meaning previous or new yolasite sub-domains?

Hello Joanne

Thanks for letting us know quickly. I have checked your account, and I could see that your custom domain specialscentsplus.com had expired at the end of March, which is why your Yola website is currently offline. The hosting package and the domain are separate products with Yola which you need to renew separately. So renewing your hosting package doesn't mean that you automatically renew your domain as well.

But you're lucky because you're still in a grace period to renew your domain, so you will still be able to renew it now! Please log into your My Yola and click on the "Domains" tab in the left-hand side menu. Click on "Try to renew" next to your domain name, and you will be able to renew your domain.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

I'm not ready to renew my domain yet. So, I changed it the subdomain; SpecialScentsPlus.yolasite.com. I had renewed my Bronze subcription so that I could still use all 3 of my websites. After my first payment, I republished all of my websites, but they still come up as Website not found. Surely there's a way to fix that. Can that be fixed?

Hello Joanne

Thanks for explaining, now I see. I have re-enabled your 3 yolasite subdomain websites, and they all display fine now on my end. Please check and let us know if it shouldn't work on your side. You may need to clear your cache.

I understand if you say you're not ready to renew your domain, but please note that after the grace period is over, your domain will not be available to you or anyone for 2-3 months before the domain registrar releases it for re-purchase.
