Website not working

Hello, I know there were some problems earlier today with Yola. I just got home and an able to get on Yola but when I try to get to my website which is Momsfunmoney.com I get this error

Hello Katie! I'm so sorry this is happening to you. This must be an error with the files. I am sure an engineer will step in and they will fix it. In the mean while, could you email support@yola.com. You can get email help on there. I hope we can get this fixed!

Well, I e-mailed support and still have not heard anything. I really need my site up and working. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

Hi Katie! Could you post a screen shot? If you have Windows, you can search the start menu and search "snipping tool" and then click it is it pops up then drag the area you want to take a screenshot of. That should work. If you use a Mac, just type Command + Shift + 4 all at the same time and drag the area to take a picture of.

This is the only thing you see - just a white page with this: nothing else. you can go to my site, momsfunmoney.com and see if the same thing comes up for you.

Yup, I get it too:



It is something to do with a resource in your file manager I think. There is something wrong right now. Was it a big website you have started? Or have you just started it?

I have no idea if there is anything I might have done for this to happen. It went down as far as I know at the same time as Yola went down this morning. Thanks for your help!
