Hi Andre

Sorry to hear about the frustrations you are experiencing with your site. I can shed some light on the first problem. The reason that Google returns a message of "no documents found" is that your site has not been indexed yet. It can take anywhere from a few days to three months to for the search engines to index newly published sites. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over (less so since you are not hosting your site with us.) However, here is a link to a tutorial that will give you some tips on how to promote your site with the search engines: http://www.synthasite.com/tutorials/p...

You will have to contacting your hosting company for support on the problem you are experiencing with the site you uploaded to their servers. Sorry I can't offer you any insights on that one.

Thanks Monique. Have spent the last 2 weeks going down that road. They say that there is nothing wrong with their hosting, (12 years experience)etc and that the problem must be your end, it's not nice being piggy in the middle, i cant see any problems with your site, have checked it out and the save is fine, opens with no hitches, but everytime i resend it the result is always the same.
