Hello there,
we have moved our domain and webhosting away from you. I have deleted the website and I have added new nameserver and ip addresses to the DNS settings, however when I put our address in (pananz.net) it still points to yola. Please I need to set up the new website and cant do it until I get rid of yola, please advise what to do next? cheers RYE

Hello Rye,

It is pointing to Wordpress and not Yola. When I add the URL it comes up with:

If you're still seeing otherwise suggest that you clear your browser cache.

Hi Rye,

DNS changes do take time to propagate which would explain why you and Gop are seeing different results. When did you make the changes?

Hello Rye,
Here is a link that helps explain the SOA Expire Value and the SOA NXDOMAIN Value: http://www.zytrax.com/books/dns/ch8/s...

SOA Expire Value - recommended 1209600 to 2419200 seconds (2-4 weeks)

SOA NXDOMAIN Value - maximum value allowed is 3 hours
