I'm trying to get my domaine name and I have transferred it, can you please help me?

Set up an A Record The IP address of your record must point to: "208.75.208.172" if this doesn't work please come back and we well be glad help you more

Hi Gypsy,

I did a search on your domain name, and at the moment it is not pointed to SynthaSite. Please note that it can take 48 hours for changes to take effect.

These are the steps you need to follow:

1. Log in to your chosen domain registrar (bravenet.com)
2. Go to the DNS Management page
3. Set up an A Record
4. The IP address of your record must point to: "208.75.208.172"

Ok, have given it the 48hrs, and site is still not live (actually gave it six days, was kinda busy lol) what can we do now?

Hi Gypsy,

I'm sorry to say, it doesn't look like it's setup correctly as the A Record is still a different IP address.

I've tried finding help documentation on Bravenet but there doesn't seem to be any available. Your options now are to give them a call and explain how you would like your domain setup or you can send an email to us in Support (support@synthasite.com) and we'll take it from there.
