I don't know how to help, but I reckon people who will help need some info, post the site's url, unless it's the sitebuilder, and post any recent suspicious things that could have made this happen. Have you tried restarting and all the other general stuff?

Have you checked the troubleshooting list that Sanja has linked to above? If so, which ones have you tried and what happened on your screen?

I'm sorry, I'm obviously not making my self clear.

I can't get into the Site Builder to try the fixes you are suggesting. The screen is simply hanging. Please see the attached file for a screen shot of the problem.

Hi Chris,

We do understand what you are saying, and the troubleshooting tips we have provided do not require you to be in your Sitebuilder, rather they are steps that we believe will restore your access to your Sitebuilder.

I suggest you concentrate on the section of this tutorial that says "What else an I do if my page does not load."

Please let us know how this goes for you.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some trouble with this still. Were you able to try loading your Sitebuilder from a different computer on a different network? Can you please let us know what your domain name is and we can also give it a try and see how the Sitebuilder loads for us.

Hello,

I'm unable to use another PC on another network to log into my account.

I've tried loading my websites in the Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers, but with still no success.

I would really appreciate your help with this issue as I'm trying to start a web design business using your product and this is very frustrating.

Hello Chris,

I have just attempted to open up your Sitebuilder and it loaded up very quickly for me. I was able to do this using Chrome.

You said that you tried the troubleshooting tips? Please can you let us know exactly what suggestions you've tried?

In addition, can you try disabling any security programs such as Firewall, anti-virus, pop-up blockers, ad blocker, spam blocker.

Please let us know how this goes.
