I can't load text boxes! I'll wait for a long, long time and it's still loading! This has been going on since last night!

Hi Cliff

The reason why you're having so much trouble with your site is because you have MS Word formatting through-out your site. Unfortunately, MS Word has inherent formatting which is not compatible with web browsers and can cause a whole bunch of problems.

What you need to do is go through all your text, copy and paste into Notepad (which is found on your desktop under accessories). This will strip all the formatting. Then, copy and paste back into your site.

Unfortunately, this will strip away the Matisse font you were using. You should only use fonts that are web-browser friendly. If you really want to use the Matisse font, then I suggest using an program such as MS Publisher and do your content as you would like it to be using the Matisse font. BUT.. save as an image file. Then, upload this image file to your file manager.

Please let us know if we can assist further.
