so i just started my site a couple of days ago and am enjoying it so far, even if just three pages for free users is waaaay too little IMO. way easier to use than other free website providers like webs and weebly.

there's something weird going on with a picture in one of my photo galleries, though, and i can't seem to figure out how to fix it. when I click on the edit button it shows a red no sign instead of a tiny thumbnail of the picture, it takes really long to load compared to every other picture on my site, and it's not lined up with every other picture in my gallery. it's really weird, and I want to fix it.

Hello Hisasi

That sound as if your picture either has a file type which is not supported (.jpg, .png and .gif are supported), or the picture uses a colour format which is not webfriendly.

To look into this, I'd need to know your URL if you have published, or your login e-mail address in order to find your Yola account in our system. Thanks.

hey, stefan, thanks for answering. the file type is a jpeg, but i know it's supported since i've uploaded several other jpeg files. the colour format, like most of the pictures on my site, is black and white.

the url with the problem is kendria.yolasite.com/gallery.

Hello Hisasi

I was able to see on your live site and in your Sitebuilder what you're reporting. It must be one or all of the images that actually make the whole Picture Gallery Widget dysfunctional and cause the thumbnails to not display in a row. I suspect it's the image file that shows a red circle. This indicates that there is something wrong with the file or its format. Can you please upload your pictures to an image editing programme and re-save them to see if that solves the problem? You can use free tools like Pixlr or Picmonkey to do that. Save your pictures newly to your computer and upload them to Yola. Then remove your galleries or create a new gallery on one of your other pages and try to add the resaved versions of your pictures.

If that doesn't help, please let me know.
