Just wanted to say how delighted I am with our website. Easy to set up and looks very professional. Its much better than the previous Get British Business Online. Well done to Yola.

Hi,

I posted a query about the same time as you, but obviously praise take precedence over problems. I've had no feedback on my problem for three days - not being able to publish my Yola site to my own URL, Please someone help!!

Still no joy! Its been a week now and my site still will not Publish.

Can anyone tell me in non technical jargon what the problem might be?

Hello Michelle,

I have had a look at your domain ( charleysceramics.co.uk ) and it seems you do not have it set up correctly.

Your domain needs 2 A records pointing to 184.72.229.176 for it to work with Yola.

It currently has an iFrame pointing to Yola which will not work.

Just to add - this does seem a bit technical but unfortunately there is no easier way to explain it. However, your domain registrar should be able to assist you if you pass on these instructions. Our ability to help is limited as we do not manage your domain.
