Could you let me know where you are seeing this message to update your credit card? If you are seeing it within your Yola account, please let us know on which page you are seeing the message. Alternatively you could take a screen shot and send it firstname.lastname@example.org.
To take a screenshot on a Windows computer, press shift and the printscreen button together. The picture will be saved to your computer clipboard. After you press printscreen, open a program like Microsoft Paint, right click and paste. This should paste the screenshot and you should then be able to save it as a .jpeg file and attach it to an email.
