Yola's messed up right now. All the text rolls off the widget so you can't see part of it and the insertion point is in the wrong spot. If you start to type where the insertion point is, it'll start typing 4 or 5 letters away from it.

Hi Donald

We have been around this block with you a few times, haven't we? I see this site is full of text from Word and I am therefore hardly surprised that you are having problems.

I know you are frustrated by the limited formatting options available in Yola, and so you persist in copying and pasting text from MS Word.

I wish I could find a way to explain to you once and for all what a mistake this is! Text editing in a browser is completely different to text editing in a Word processor. It is infinitely more complicated because of the way different browsers handle text. This is why most professionally designed websites stick to some very simple font families and formats in order to achieve a consistent result across different browsers.

You need to understand that MS Word is software that was designed to create documents, not to build websites! If you persist in trying to use MS Word for something it was never intended to do, please do not expect a good result.

Here is a tip from Ed that you can try: http://getsatisfaction.com/SynthaSite... if you want to import rich text formatting from Word.

However, in future if you paste directly from Word and your page breaks, you will recall this conversation and understand that this is not as a result of a Yola bug, but as a result of using the wrong software (MS Word) for the wrong job (creating web pages)
