Hello Kim,
Tags are html elements and are used to tell the search engines as well as searchers what each page of your website is about as well as various other instructions. You can edit a few of these tags in Synthasite by clicking on the Properties tab in the far right of the screen.

Here's a little introduction to creating these tags in Synthasite:

The Window Title field is for your Title Tag information. Here's a fictional example of a title tag for a page about silk ties:

Elegant Silk Ties | The Tie Emporium in Atlanta, Georgia

The title tag is what will appear on the search engine results page. I would say that it shouldn't be longer than 70 characters as the search engine won't display more than that. Try to put the main keyword or phrase the page discusses, as well as the name of your business/website and possibly a geographic location.

The Description field is for your Description Tag information. Staying with the same example:

Discover a huge selection of elegant silk ties at affordable prices from The Tie Emporium located in Atlanta, GA. Shop online today. Same day shipping!

Again, a fictional example, but the description tag should go into a little more depth about what the page is about. This will be displayed on the search engine results page underneath your title tag.

The Keywords field is for your Keywords Tag information. This is where you should list a few keywords related to what your page is about. You can separate the keywords by commas or not. You shouldn't put too many as the search engines don't like this. Again, an example:

silk ties, affordable ties, the tie emporium, atlanta, georgia, ga

I hope this helps you a bit.
