First of all Thanks to Yola, I have decided to open an e-store. But i m having a hard time configuring everything :(
I am confused over 'how would I come to know when someone pays me?'
If I am not wrong, paypal offers payment notifications, but it is asking for a URL to send the notifications to!
I am unale to understand this concept, and what url should i provide to Paypal?
It is rejecting my yolasite address.. :(
Here is a screenshot
Thanks.

Hello Green Girl.

This is an acknowledgement similar to that you can receive when you fill out an online form. PayPal sends the purchaser to your nominated URL on your site the contents being as you would have designed. This is in addition to any confirmation sent by email to you customer from PayPal.

The beauty of this is that it sends your customer back to your website from the secure PayPal server and then you have the opportunity to direct the person to other places on your site, eg., may be an up-sell or general re-enforcement of the dispatch process. Up to you.
