If I'd like to use my own banner, what is the proper pixel size to make it? Also, does the template chosen make a difference? I'm considering using 'Dirtylicious Ruby Red' (free), but am not exactly sure if I want to stay with it.

when you click on your banner and it pulls up a list of options (change banner image, etc.) at the bottom of that list, it should have your banner size. Mine is customized and it's a perfect fit - mine is 900 x 126 but yours may be different, click on your banner and see if you can't see the banner size in a small popup with different options, it's in small text at the bottom.

Hello Mia78
Donald is correct.
You can find the exact dimensions by clicking on "Edit Page Design" then "Banner Image" or by clicking in your banner area, and the banner size will be at the bottom of the menu.
The default banner size will differ from style to style.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I"m a Silver customer using Forest Calm, when I click on the banner to edit it, I get the options to change it, etc., but don't see the information about the pixel size. I have tried using Firefox and Chrome. Is this a glitch in this template? thanks
