Whats going on-charging for nothing / v2

I opened a thread yesterday:

I dont think my issue is solved and I dont think topic should be close yet.

I submitted a request to support and waiting for response.

I mentioned domain I am referring to in first post (quoted part). It is:
But, I have to say that this is already very annoying experience for me and you just made thing worse. I expect from someone which role is to help me to be careful and to fully read my issue at least.

I am sorry about this. I read and re-read your other post and I must confess I can't see any mention of the domain name there. Sorry if I am also overlooking it.
